First Role Description
National Coordinator
The national coordinator's position is one of the most active positions, because it requires traveling around the nation, from State to state, on practically every day, to coordinate the tournament, holding twice per month, in each state.
The national coordinator ensures that first, the facilities built in each state are strong enough to bear the pressure of impact by the teams using them, during each tournament.
The national coordinator ensures the state Coordinators are utilizing the funds assigned them, accordingly, for every tournament.
The national coordinator sets a national tournament schedule for each state, ensuring that there is at least 2 weeks interval between the Tournaments scheduled per state, every month.
The national coordinator ensures no two states have to clash in their tournaments fixtures, so that media coverage will focus on each state per day, without missing any important event.
National Coordinator ensures there is media team available to cover every tournament, twice every month, in every state.
National Coordinator ensures the Tournaments covered by the media team are transmitted to the public, using all live streaming channels available for such transmissions: both online and offline, as the case may be.
For the first 10 states to have have a coordinator, 1 national coordinator will be assigned to them. This coordinator will be at every first division tournament in the state. For the next 10 states to have a coordinator, another national coordinator will be assigned to supervise the first division tournaments only.
The two national coordinators will switch states for the second division tournaments. When the first coordinator covers a state for the second coordinator; during the state's second division, the second coordinator will cover a state for the first coordinator, during the state's second division tournament. This way, there will be cooperation and synergy between the two national coordinators.
Every tournament must have the national coordinator present at it, in the state covered by the national coordinator for any division, without any lapses, as the coordinator shall judge the tournament and give the prizes for the tournament to the first 3 winners.
Thus, the job of a national coordinator is very stressful because of the need to travel round the nation for every tournament, and this is a full-time job, that stretches beyond the Normal 9-5 work hour.
The national coordinator actually works 15 hours per day, from 7am to 10pm during tournaments, and spends the remaining time of the day traveling from State to state, and this makes the job very stressful.
The training for national coordinator will cover everything about the Tournaments, and the facilities managed for the Tournaments.
Second Role Description:
State Coordinator
The state Coordinator is a member of the national committee for the planning and organization of the NALTOM Family Sports National Tournament that begins from the state Tournament.
Each state Coordinator works with a team of 500 independent contractors also known as state Consultants.
- Number of states: 20 per nation
- Number of Families/Sports teams coordinated: 2000 per month amounting to 20000 per year In each state.
- Number of tournaments organized: 20 biweekly tournaments per state.
Execution Procedure for State Coordinators:
1. Get trained to play the role of 1 state Coordinator for one of the first 20 states to have a coordinator registered in them.
2. If contractors are not yet available for the state, at the time a state Coordinator completes the training for state Coordinators, each state Coordinator is responsible for finding 500 independent contractors, who will work with them in their state.
3. Each coordinator, who finds 500 contractors to work with them, must ensure all contractors are fully Registered on the Naltom web platform, for effective tracking and KYC, in order to be scheduled for the 2 weeks independent contractors training, for all 500 contractors per state.
4. After getting trained, the 500 independent contractors will be monitored by their state Coordinator, to perform their monthly task of each finding 4 families or building 4 sports teams: to register for the biweekly tournaments.
5. The state Coordinator will ensure the 4 families registered by each of the 500 independent contractors are divided into 2 groups, one group of 1000 teams for the first division of the biweekly tournament, and the second group of 1000 teams for the second division of the biweekly tournaments, for the next month's fixture. This is on the fixed days of the month for the Tournaments to take place in their state, as state tournaments are played on only the fixed days of the month alloted to the state Coordinators, by the national coordinator; reshuffled only once a year. The annual tournaments calendar is released by the national coordinator and sent to each state Coordinator, for the year's biweekly tournaments in the state.
6. The state Coordinators will ensure each family, that registers for only one slot, gets fixed In the corresponding division of the Tournaments, for the slot selected. Slot 1 is for first division and slot 2 is for second division, this must be respected by the coordinator.
7. The Coordinator must ensure the registered family pays the correct amount for the slot they selected, and that can be confirmed by following up the families registered, to confirm with them if they paid only the fixed amount of N120,000, and were not made to pay any extra amount by any of the Consultants that got to them first. Where a family reports to having been requested to make a higher payment, the Consultant involved must be penalized by the state Coordinator.
Reward scheme for Coordinators and Contractors...
8. For each family registered per consultant, each consultant gets N25k
9. For each consultant paid per family Registered, each coordinator gets N1k
10. For 4 families Registered per consultant, each consultant gets N100k
11. For 500 consultants registering 4 families each, each coordinator gets N500k
12. For registering 0 families in any month, each consultant fails in their monthly tasks, and so the coordinator must ensure they pay the non-performance bond of N10k as penalties.
13. For each penalty of N10k performance bond paid per consultant, the coordinator of their state gets N1k.
14. For all 500 consultants that pay their non-performance bond of N10K, each in any month, each coordinator gets N500k
Third Role Description
State Consultants:
The state Consultant is a member of the state coordinator's team for the sales of team slots to families contacted by the consultant: to play Naltom Sports in the states biweekly tournaments.
Each Consultant works on the field, as a sales consultant and independent contractor, performing the primary task of bringing Naltom Sports to the doors of every family in the state, under the supervision of the state coordinator.
The state Consultants shall thus be trained according to the requirements for carrying out their tasks: to ensure they have the capacity to perform their tasks effectively, every month.
The role of the state Consultant shall be accessed in the following order:
1. Registration for training: the first step is to register as a state Consultant and help the state Coordinator find other state Consultants, who will be trained, as a group, only when the number of registered state Consultants needed in the state is complete. So, after registering as a state Consultant, request to know your state Coordinator, in order to know when your Training will commence, so that, if the number of state Consultants needed; for training to commence in your state, is not yet complete, you can help the Coordinator to find other Consultants, to ensure the training for state Consultants is started, quickly, in your state.
2. Registration for state Consultants costs N20k, and if you help your state Coordinator to find other state Consultants, you get a reward of N4k for each Consultant you find, that registers, while the state Coordinator gets N1k for any Consultant you help them find, that registers.
3. There are only 500 slots available for state Consultants in each state, so if you are one of the first 10 consultants to register in your state, you have the opportunity of getting over N50k for finding up to 10 other state Consultants, that register, and you can get even more than N500k for finding more than 100 consultants, that register, as long as the slots are still available. So, even before the training, if you are one of the earliest state Consultants in your state, you can get above N500k, for helping your state Coordinator find the other Consultants, even as the coordinator gets N500k for successfully finding the complete 500 Consultants, that register for training, with your help, in your state.
4. Once the 500 available slots for state Consultants are sold out, the state coordinator will report this to the national coordinator, who will agree on a suitable date for commencing the training; for state Consultants, who have all registered and made full payment for their training. The training of Consultants will span 2 weeks only.
5. Once training is completed, consultants will receive their ID cards, as state Consultants and independent contractors, from the office of the state coordinator.
6. The state Consultants will receive copies of promo fliers from the state Coordinator: to support them in performing their tasks, every month.
7. The task can be done easily, following the guidelines given during the training.
8. The performance of the task is rewarded accordingly, and the penalties for not performing the task are applied by the state Coordinator, supervising all state Consultants, to ensure their tasks are done with rewards for doing them, and when undone, the penalties are applied to the Consultants that fail in any month.
9. State Consultants must ensure that they are able to complete their monthly tasks, early in month, in order to be available to the state Coordinator, whenever scheduled to play umpire roles; during the biweekly tournaments in the state.
10. State consultants, who have been assigned to play the umpire roles, must ensure they are vigilant and not careless about the tournaments' rounds they are assigned to.
11. In each Tournament fixture, the service of all state Consultants is required, as umpires switched every 4 minutes, whenever a new round is begun. So, all Consultants must ensure they are available; during every Tournament, and keep to schedules.
12. State Consultants must learn all the rules, before any Tournament
Fourth Role Description
State Team Player:
The state team player is a member of a family or sports team, for Competing with other teams, equally registered, to play the biweekly Tournaments in their state.
Each state team player plays only the tournament for which they have registered, only in the state wherein they are registered.
If a team player registers directly without the service of any state Consultant, the player must request to be assigned a Consultant to manage them in their state, to ensure they are properly informed on when they are to train and compete in any of the biweekly tournaments they are registered for.
The team player needs a state Consultant to keep them informed of any change in the fixtures they also receive from the state Consultant assigned to them, as the fixtures are subject to changes and corrections whenever there is a conflicting schedule for the teams to play at each division of the tournament that takes place on a fix day twice a month.
The state team player must endeavor to stay in touch with the state Consultant assigned to them before and after any Tournament im order to be accounted for during every Tournament, whether they win the tournament or not. The consultant must be requested by the team player in the state to give them the exact date and time for their own team to play at the division of the tournament they are registered for.
When registering for the tournament, the team player should specify a division they are interested in playing, either first division or second division by stating this in their order note on the Registration page.
The team player must register 1 month in advance of any Tournament they intend to play, and they can register for more than 1 Tournament by booking for more than 1 unit of seat when registering.
For each unit of team player seat booked during Registration, the unit cost is N120k only, and there are up to 20 seats available to each team player for every Tournament year, any additional seat booked, when booking for more than 1 seat during Registration, will be applied to the nearest tournament's division, so there won't be any skipping of tournament division when booking for more than team player seat.
The registration page is set to a default of 1 seat, this can be changed however, if you wish to play in more than 1 tournament division in your state in any year.
If the team player books for more than 20 seats, the extra seats will be for the next year's tournaments, as there won't be more than 20 tournaments per year for any team player.
After booking for any tournament, if you have only booked for one seat, you can always inform your assigned state consultant if you intend to play again in another tournament that way the consultant will check for the next available tournament schedule and let you know so that you know whether the tournament you are booking next will be for a much later fixture if all nearest dates are fully fixed for other registered team. This is why it is recommended to register for as many tournaments as you can afford through the number of seats you book during your registration each year, because the fixtures for the Tournaments are prepared by the state coordinator taking into consideration all the teams that have already booked for one or more tournament seats in advance.
There are limited seats for each year's state biweekly tournament, not exceeding 20000, and so once all available seats are booked, any extra booking will be fixed for much later tournaments coming in the next year. Preference is always given to team players that book multiple seats during Registration, and each extra seat booked secures them a place on the fixture table in the next nearest tournament division.
With your registration complete, you're required to get your team ready. As a team player you own the team you will play with during the tournament.
If the members of your team are also members of your family you can ensure they all will be available during the tournament. If they are friends, ensure the team is complete as Team of 6 only.
Game schedules for every Tournament Division...
1. Group stage: 3 minutes play time with 1 minute team replacement time = 90 teams per hour, resulting in 15 qualified team per hour.
2. 12 hours spent through qualifiers group stage = 180 qualified teams from group stage.
3. Quarter finals featuring 180 teams in 2 hours = 30 teams moving to the next stage.
4. Semi finals featuring 30 teams in 30 minutes = 5 teams moved to the last stage.
5. Finals featuring 5 teams playing 3 rounds in 15 minutes only = first winner in first round of first 5 minutes to take first place removed and left four, then second winner in second round of second five minutes out of 4 teams, to take second place removed and left three; then third winner in third round of third five minutes, out if 3 teams, to take third place removed and the other two lost out of the finals.
In a total of 14.45hrs the tournament is completed in 1 day, and the 3 final winners receive their rewards on the same day.
This is the same process for every tournament division in every month.

Learn more about the Innovation Added to NALTOM Sports, known as Tail of the Shadow Star...
Playing the Tail Of Naltom Shadow Star
Every team that finishes the main challenge has a chance to change its position by playing this tail of NALTOM Shadow Star.
Playing the tail is the last event for each team.
How it is played...
As soon as the team reaches the finish line, it's time to cross to heaven's gate, it is this hurdle that presents every team with the ultimate test, turn stress into tension, and finally turn tension into fun.
While making its jumps, one member of each team carries a unique colored ball, one only, that matches the colour of the team's jersey.
There are six colors of balls, namely; White, Black, Green, Yellow, Red, and Blue and these are the six colours of the 6 teams jersey in every Tournament's round.
As the team started its jumps, the team had worn a colored jersey and chosen a team member to carry its uniformly coloured ball in a backpack.
Any team the has completed the jump levels disentangles itself and 5 of its members not having the ball run into soccer's pitch setting a five-man formation of 1 goal keeper, and 2 over lines-men on both sides, while the team mate with the ball sets the ball on the mark, and takes a shot to kick the ball across the pool targeting the bucket across the pool, on the other side.
The bucket is buried in the ground like a rim on the surface of the ground, and the instruction is to kick the ball well enough to target the sinking a shot in the bucket over the pool.
For the rules,
1. If the ball falls in the pool, the team has lost automatically, and yet the idea is to make sure the ball crosses the pool and falls into the bucket at the other side of the pool, directly opposite the mark for taking the shot.
2. If the ball falls into the bucket belonging to another team, the team on whose side the ball falls automatically wins by chance, even though the team is yet to finish its jumps.
3. If the ball rolls past the bucket and successfully crosses the pool without falling in either bucket or pool, the player that takes the shot must dive into the pool, swim over before going across the pool to get the ball.
4. On getting the ball, the player must not pick it up with the hand nor run with it, but stand against it and take a shot targeting the goal post only. It's only 1 shot to goal post and nothing else.
5. The shot taken doesn't reach the goal post, the player has just one last chance to run to the ball and kick it for the last time to the goal post.
6. A kick to the goal post must not be allowed to go over or score the post, and that is why there is team mate standing there as a goal keeper. The team's goal keeper must not let another team's goal keeper Sharing the post to get the ball first.
7. If the ball goes towards the goal post, the goal keeper must struggle to catch the ball with the hand, and throw it back to the shot taker who must the run with it on foot to sink it in the bucket, first.
8. The first team to sink the ball in the bucket that belongs to it has automatically won the others... This is the bright side of it, but it doesn't come without challenges.
9. Every team must have one goal keeper in the post and two lines-men on both sides of the goal post like any other team, with 1 player to take the shots following the rules.
10. The lines men are there for a reason, they must keep the ball from going over, without touching it with their hands at any point. The goal keeper is also there to keep their teams ball from scoring the post without touching it with their legs at anytime.
11. When the lines men get the ball, they must take a shot to pass it to the shot taker, without allowing it get to the opponents short taker. When the goal keeper gets the ball, they must throw it to the shot taker without letting it get to the opponents short taker.
12. If the opponent gets your ball, they must kick it to either the goal post to try to score against you, or kick it to the pool. So, you're to defend the ball, the goal keeper on one side, and the shot taker on the other side running to keep the ball from entering the pool.
13. If the shot taker saves the ball from entering the pool, he has an advantage to run with it on foot into the team's bucket to win.
14. If the goal keeper saves the ball from scoring, he has to throw it back to his team's short taker to run with it to the bucket again.
15. If the opponent plays your ball over, your team has the advantage to get the ball back to its shot taker to take the shot to the goal post again. This is only when the shot to the goal post gets taken again.
15. The opponents lines men will never try to save your ball from going over otherwise they give you the advantage.
16.The opponents goal keeper must never save your ball from scoring the goal post otherwise they give you the advantage still.
17. Only the shot takers are at liberty to get the opponents ball and kick it into the pool with one shot, where the opponents shot taker must try to save it to win back the advantage of play and run with the team's ball into the bucket.
18. As a short taker it is safer to wait for your own ball from your goal keeper, or lines men before running with the ball, but if you feel like tackling your opponent first, then do so at the expense of scoring for your team, you can only eliminate your opponent with your opponents ball but never win a shot with your opponent unless you kick it straight into the goal post, which is very unlikely to happen, since you must never run with your opponent's ball.
18. When you get your opponent's ball, never run with it or you disqualify your team, only take a shot into the pool or into the goal post, from wherever you get it.
12. You can run to tackle your opponent to get your opponent's ball, but once you get it, you must only kick it to the post or pool with only one shot, and never two or more shots.
19. While trying to tackle your opponent, you could miss your own ball or delay your team from getting your ball across to it. So, while you try to keep your opponent from winning, keep your eyes on the true chase... Make your team win by running with only your team's ball to score in the bucket.
20. Don't forget, you shouldn't ever score your team's ball into the post, but must shoot first to the post for your team's goal keeper to catch and throw it back to you. Your goal keeper is there to save your team's ball from entering the post, but they can never run with the ball also. They only catch and throw it back to you.
21. Your opponent's goal keeper will never try to save your ball from entering the goal post, because that will be advantage to you. They can however catch your ball if they want their own team mate to score it for you, but why take the risk when it could result to missing their own team's ball.
So, the rules are there to keep you fairly competitive. Each team mate has an important job to do when playing the tail to win from Naltom Shadow Star.
This stage of the tournament is the fun stage. The rules could easily confuse you and your team mates. The rules are there however to protect your interest.
Play with team spirit, it's the only way to win. Recognize the importance of every member of your team.
This stage is called tail of the Shadow Star because every member of your team is a star and you are their tail. If you're not there something is missing, the team is incomplete, week and disarmed.
But like a shadow that disappears at day like the star that appear at night, it was always there but only needed the right situation to make it visible, this sports is the right situation you and your team mates need to realize the star you are.
Your skills are always there but like the star and shadow you only need the right sports to bring it out.
Naltom family sports is the right sports and so is not complete without bringing out the star in you.
The star is as invisible as a shadow during the day, but is always there during the day, and does not change its position. It's tail is the shadow of the night, because until the shadows begin to fall at night, when the sky is clear, the light of the star remains invisible.
It takes another star to reveal another star. It takes the sun to set and the moon to rise for the stars to shine, and this is team work.
It takes you and your team makes to cooperate for your team to win. You can't win alone, you can only win by playing as a team, playing with your team and never playing against your team.
Learn team work by playing the tail of the shadow star to win Naltom family sports.
Who and where can Tail of Naltom Shadow Star be Played?
Any football team can easily train to prepare to compete in the tournaments for playing tail of the shadow star on any football pitch.
To train, the team of 11 players 1 goal keeper can divided itself into two teams of 6 players each, select 1 shot taker and 1 goal keeper for each team, and 2 over-lines men on both side of the goal post for each team.
Out with the old and in with the new for Training the team to become a more cooperative team. The team can play tail of the shadow star before any football match as part of its training drills.
The team can also play the jumps of Naltom sports as part of its Training before playing tail of the shadow star.
This can be done on any full size football pitch and 6 teams can all play at once.
To play it on a football pitch, if not playing the Naltom jumps first, becomes very easy by simply dividing the pitch into two as it already is.
At the center of the pitch for kickoffs, 6 iron buckets will be set up, spaced by 2 feet from each other.
On the left side of the field will be the goal post for the tail of the shadow star games, while on the right side of the field, will be the teams formation on the 18 yard box line, spacing one team from the other by only 2 feet.
To begin, papers will be folded with numbers 1 to 6 written in each, then the teams will pick one paper each, which very number is picked will be the teams position nearest to the goal post by its the lines-men.
1, stays closest followed by 2, and the others separated by 2 feet space on both sides of the goal post.
Now, the teams are out on formation, and their goal keeper are also arranged in the same order 2 feet apart from left to right of goal post from1-6.
The shot takers also follow the same formation at the opposite posts 18 yard box from right to left for shot takers from 1-6 each standing directly opposite their team's goal keeper.
After this formation, it's time to take their first shot at once, at the sound of the whistle.
As the referee sounds the whistle, the shot takers must kick their balls to target ducking it in the bucket facing them. Only one shot must be taken from their mark on the 18 yard box to the bucket directly opposite them. Then the run towards the ball after the shot.
The game begins from then towards the tail of the shadow star until a team wins.
If there are many teams waiting for their turns, once a team wins, the round ends all the teams leave the pitch and the winning team is booked for the quarter finals.
Other teams waiting play and all winners of each round are booked for the quarter finals.
The quarter finalists play again, the winners are booked for the semi finals.
The semi finalists play again, and the winners are booked for the finals.
The finalists play again and the final winner receives the case prize.
When playing this in the monthly Tournaments, without doing the jumps, a pool will not be included.
A pool will only be included when playing with the jumps and for the jumps to be done on the other half of the field the pool to be set up is a balloon pool, it will have the buckets set up just attached to its side at the center line, while the jumps will start from the over lines and end at the 18 yard box only, while the shot takers will take their shots from the 18 yard box to cross the pool and sink into the bucket. As unlikely as sinking a shot in the bucket is, doing so gives the team the best advantage of winning along with the attendant risk of losing when the ball falls into the pool.
Most teams could prefer avoiding the bucket at first but doing so doesn't make winning guaranteed also.
What Alternative to Swimming Pool can we use when playing Naltom in a public facility like a 20,000 capacity football stadium...
It's a simple net raised on a 3ft pole across 12ft width and 16ft length, so that on the net the ball shot can fall and stay trapped like when it falls into the pool, and under the net the shot taker can lay to go across without standing up, like when Swimming. So in a public facility, the pool can be substituted with a net and get the same effect.
The poles for hanging the net are 8 units on the width at both sides and 10 units at the length on both sides. The bucket is ducked just against the net on the width side at the center of the field, while the shot is taken from the opposite side.
This is the innovation added to Naltom Sports. The entire details here and those available in the handbook are original inventions of Francis Bestman Isugu, founder of FVAIT Startup.
