SSPAR Phase 1 is an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) for REOs (Real Estate Owners) to own stakes in apartment rental real estates acquired to be furnished and rented out as Shortlets created by FACHOMES.
This SPV is for investing in the first phase of FACHOMES Quarters as a Syndicate Portfolio in Port Harcourt.
Benefits:
Owning a 2% stake in SSPAR Phase 1 gives every syndicate in the SPV an equal opportunity to own equal stakes in future SPVs created by FACHOMES from SSPAR Phase 2, to SSPAR Phase 3 ad infinitum.
